• Qualified to Masters level and a member of the CIPD, Susi has over 25 years’ of experience in HR Generalist, Specialist, Management and Programme management roles.

• Industry experience includes engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and software. Since working as a Senior Consultant, this has expanded to the Education and Charity sectors.

• Susi is confident and measured in her approach, from planning and delivering complex ER cases and change programmes, through to face to face coaching and training  facilitation.

• Susi is an experienced management development trainer and facilitator of high performing team development, up to Board Level.

Susi is a Fellow of the CIPD and of the Institute of Leadership. She holds Masters level certification in HR and Coaching & Mentoring
