Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and holds certifications in Inspirational Leadership and Executive Coaching & Mentoring. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Fundraising

He has most recently led the development of the Fundraising team at Leukaemia UK. He has historically worked for Cancer Research UK and the Terence Higgins Trust

He has been a Trustee at the SYP Trust and has also  led fundraising initiatives for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He is a passionate advocate of self development and diversity and inclusion.
