• Martin works to provide business orientated commercial and strategic solutions to some of the issues that modern workplaces face.

• Martin’s key strengths lie in being able to problem solve quickly and make strategic decisions that will commercially benefit the organisation.

• He works extensively as  an Executive Coach, supporting other HR and L&OD professionals and a broader range of senior colleagues with personal performance

• His main passions lie within training and development interventions, leadership development, coaching and mentoring, change management, OD&D, TUPE employment law and complex ER case work and Strategic HR Management.

• Martin is an NLP Master Practitioner and brings this specialist skill set to the fore in his support of both individuals and organisational in performance enhancement

• Martin is an expert in NHS HR, L&OD and governance issues – and still speaks fluent ‘NHS’!

Martin has previously worked at HR Director level for a number of organisations and holds a BA (Honours) in Business Studies, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, holds the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice and an Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. He is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
