Kate is an expert in Organisational Development, qualified from the Roffey Park Institute,. She has experience of supporting tangible organisation culture change and a special interest in deep cultural diagnostics to ensure the interventions that we suggest will deliver maximum impact.
She is a specialist in managing successful change whilst maintaining high employee engagement and involvement.
Kate is a champion of tailored leadership development to drive capability uplift in the best way for the individual and organisation
She is a confident facilitator and with an extensive array of interventions to drive Team Effectiveness and purpose to create Highly Performing Teams
Kate is also highly experienced at leading and supporting Target Operating Model and Organisation Design activity and managing all the HR related aspects of this.
She coaches up to and including Board level colleagues.
Kate is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership. She holds specialist Masters level certifications in OD&D and Coaching & Mentoring

Working alongside a government agency Exec team to design an evolved Target Operating Model as the organisation moved from high growth to steady state.
