  • Kate is an expert in Organisational Development, qualified from the Roffey Park Institute,. She has experience of supporting tangible organisation culture change and a special interest in deep cultural diagnostics to ensure the interventions that we suggest will deliver maximum impact.

  • She is a specialist in managing successful change whilst maintaining high employee engagement and involvement.

  • Kate is a champion of tailored leadership development to drive capability uplift in the best way for the individual and organisation

  • She is a confident facilitator and with an extensive array of interventions to drive Team Effectiveness and purpose to create Highly Performing Teams

  • Kate is also highly experienced at leading and supporting Target Operating Model and Organisation Design activity and managing all the HR related aspects of this.

  • She coaches up to and including Board level colleagues.

Kate is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership. She holds specialist Masters level certifications in OD&D and Coaching & Mentoring

Recent projects include –

  • Design and Development of TOM and Service Level Agreements between the People Function and the regional business areas within a national construction organisation

  • Working alongside a government agency Exec team to design an evolved Target Operating Model as the organisation moved from high growth to steady state. 

  • Lead assessor for Leadership and Talent Development work (Institute accredited) for a large law firm
