Helen  is a Fellow of the CIPD and Institute of Leadership and holds an MSc in HR Development & Organisational Change. With a Diploma in Coaching, she practices a strengths-based approach, enriched with Insights Profiling.

Recent projects include –

• Development of a 5 yr people strategy and plans for the Exec Board of an animal charity, including policy review, new onboarding & resourcing process

• Delivered a culture audit, recommendations and plans for the Exec Board in a public sector organisation including Inspirational Leadership Programme aimed at 100 senior leaders, new branded aspirational values, HR team upskilling and toolkits and resources for new matrix working structure.

• Delivered new target operating model, structure and organisational capability framework for 450 leaders and employees in a Customer Service Directorate of an award-winning Housing Association

• Led an organisation wide Operating Model Programme through all employee engagement leading to organisational plans and local initiatives
