Heidi Quine holds an MBA in Human Resources Management, an MSc in International Animal Welfare, Ethics and Law, and a diploma-level certification in coaching. She has completed women’s leadership training through Oxford University and is working towards Associate Certified Coach accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.

Her coaching practice is values-based and strengths-focused, drawing on leadership experience across complex, cross-cultural, and purpose-driven environments to support the whole person, not just the professional role.
