Hannah is a qualified and experienced People professional (MCIPD) with 15 years’ experience across a range of Senior HR, OD and L&D roles, leading teams and creating the strategic direction across HR and L&D functions.

Hannah has shared her Insights Discovery and Coaching skills with both not-for-profit and commercially driven businesses globally across a diverse range of sectors.

Her purpose or ‘why’ is to support leaders to become even more effective and she believes that even the best leaders have further untapped potential..

Hannah focusses on People Development including Leadership Expertise and developing teams with both operational and strategic responsibility.

She is a CMI qualified coach, member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and accredited Insights Discovery practitioner

She has expertise in Early Careers pathways and strategy and organisational effectiveness in talent pipeline

Hannah is a Member of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership. She is an Insights Discovery Practitioner and Qualified CMI Coach.
