Highly experienced Non-Exec Director and innovator in his own right, Ewan also sits on the Boards of CHAP (Board Advisor), Renew The World and PawHaus as well as being Exec Chair of WorkbaseHR.com (a SaaS HR Management Platform)

He has run many businesses from start up to expansion in a variety of different sectors

Ewan is also a fully accredited Investors in People Specialist (IIP, IIYP [Investors in Young People]) as well as being part of the small team who worked with L. David Marquet (“Turn The Ship Around” author & speaker) and his team in Florida to create a business-ready version of David’s work on intent-based leadership.
