  • Doug is a  highly experienced and well qualified Director of People & Culture specialising in change management and TUPE, employment law, Job/Benefits evaluation, HR Systems, and HR Management Information.

  • He has 24 years of private, public, and not for profit sector experience, covering operational and strategic management and leadership up to Board level and is well versed in giving organisations clarity around their people agenda.

  • Doug is passionate about creating positive working environments where people can thrive and be inspired.

  • Doug is an expert in Job evaluation and assessment, pay and benefits frameworks and reward structures.

  • He has extensive experience in scoping requirements for new HRIT systems and LMS and supporting project implementation and training.

  • He coaches up to and including Board level colleagues.

Doug is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. He also holds a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Leadership Coaching & Mentoring

Recent projects include –

  • Design and Development of Job Evaluation System with full grading support and training of the internal HR team for a complex data management organisation

  • Lead Consultant on new HR System implementation including data cleanse, transfer and internal team training

  • Lead Consultant for pay benchmarking and Reward Strategy for national charity client
