• She is an expert in Organisational Development, qualified from the Roffey Park Institute with her expertise significantly impacting engagement, diversity, and organisational change, emphasising the creation of strategic people initiatives that foster robust leadership development

• Expertise in developing current and future organisational capabilities and competence

• Clair is an ACAS trained Mediator skilled at facilitating brave conversations to mitigate formal grievance processes being invoked

• She is an exceptional facilitator with the ability to support leaders to break through to the needs of their teams to create highly engaged teams

• As a Coach and Coaching Supervisor, Clair works up to and including Board level colleagues along with supporting other Coaches to maintain their professional standards

Clair is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD Level 7), EMCC Member, and holds certification with the Association of Coaches and Association of Mentoring.

Recent projects include –

• Developed five-year strategy that transformed maturity of L&OD service offer, embedding function critical to building business capability and delivering £3M savings.

• Led six-month cultural change project that reviewed organisational culture and recommended changes to support growth and performance through interventions and people change; 90% of recommendations were implemented over subsequent three-year period with organisation now measuring 98th percentile (Gallup).
