Beth is a Fellow of both the Institute of Leadership and the CIPD and holds Masters level qualifications in Employment Law and Executive Coaching.

She is an experienced consultant and conference speaker and has led sessions for the CIPD at the Birmingham Conference and for the Learning Technologies Show in Olympia, London.

She is a Board Trustee for Hope Rescue in Wales – the largest dog rescue and rehabilitation centre in the region – and works internationally for animal welfare organisations in leadership development.
